Restaurante que encontramos por casualidad bajando desde al lago. Aparentemente parece una cafetería.
Cogimos el menú business lunch que incluía una ensalada de entrante y un plato principal (pollo o salmón). La cantidad es correcta y además está muy sabrosa. El precio del menú es de alrededor de 20francos.
De postre cogimos unos pastelitos artesanales que están muy buenos.
El camarero fue muy atento y simpático y nos explico cada postre.
Saw this new restaurant at my last visit in Lausanne. But it was closed. Luckely it was open this time and my friends and me tried different authentic dishes! The services was very friendly and very good in different languages. Impressive!
le Sémaphore est ma meilleure découverte récente dans la gastronomie lausannoise. Incroyable cuisine authentique faite maison de haute qualité avec des plats uniques comme les "holodets" (apéritif froid), que vous pourriez trouver ailleurs. Je recommanderais de venir le soir où vous pourriez avoir l'occasion d'en apprendre beaucoup sur chaque plat grâce aux propriétaires très sympathiques. Je recommande fortement si vous êtes vraiment exigeant en cuisine et aimez les plats authentiques, y compris les desserts.
Delicious food, the best from Ukrainian cuisine. Very pleasant and welcoming service.
Very cosy place with excellent Ukrainian dishes. Would recommend to try Borscht, Varenyky and Pecheniya.
