Essen und Service perfekt.
I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Le Loti inside the Hotel La Réserve in Geneva. First, the hotel has a very warm vibe with luxury jungle/safari lodge theme inside. The tables are sufficiently spaced for pleasant conversations around dinner. Service was nice but a little bit slow (we had to repeat a few times same orders and were waiting 10’ for water to be proposed/served). Food was delicious. I had the black cod glazed superbly with miso. The side of mushrooms was tasty. Also had a selection of appetizers beforehand amongst which the straciatella with truffle was a delight. The tarte tatin apple pie as dessert was a good finish.

Fantastic place. Surpassed expectations. Music was normal volume, staff offered to alter level, all we had to do was ask. Fairly priced. Great view, valet service upon arrival, truly a little oasis from the city, highly recommended for those special occasions or just a casual dinner if you can

Sono stata qui per il mio compleanno, il servizio é stato lentissimo, rapporto qualita prezzo discreta, peccato perche il ristorante sembrava molto bello e i piatti sembravano buoni.
Delicious food, friendly service, beautiful interiors. An air of luxury throughout, without in any way feeling pretentious - very friendly to our baby who got her own plate of steamed vegetables. Thank you for the nice service! 5 ⭐ no doubt.
Restaurant décontracté chic du prestigieux complexe de La Réserve, le Loti vous accueille dans un écrin coloré, chaleureux et ambiancé au son du Dj.
Comme toujours le service est irréprochable, la cuisine excellente.
Petit plus avec l’arrivée en bateau sur le ponton privé de l’hôtel.
A faire et à refaire !
Très déçus de ce restaurant , aucun goût dans les 5 plats que nous avons eu. Nous savons que nous sommes pas dans un restaurant étoilé, mais tout de même un minimum. Un service méprisable , pour avoir demandé plusieurs fois du sel j’ai fini par m’en passer. Nous savons que le métier de la restauration est dur mais le serveur devrait revoir sa façon de servir. Le serveur notifie bien au moment de l’addition que nous pouvons laisser un pourboire, ce que j’ai fait, mais cela n’était pas mérité.
La conciergerie de l’hôtel ainsi que les Vallet sont très aimable et très sympathique , le seul point positif de mon passage dans cet établissement.
Malheureusement je ne recommande pas…
