I have recently finished my Invisalign treatment with Sheena at Lawley Dental Practice. Throughout the journey Sheena was extremely attentive, making sure that I was fully aware of each stage and that my tooth health wasn’t compromised. I had regular check ups and she was always available if I had any questions or needed an additional appointment. I can’t believe the difference that having Invisalign has made, my confidence has increased and I’m always smiling now! I would recommend that anyone who is considering Invisalign to get in touch with Sheena, she is amazing!
I am new to this practice and I generally dislike going to the dentist, however Sheena and Shannon really made me feel at ease. They work extremely well together and Sheena is amazing at her job and gets it done efficiently! Thank you for making dental visits a much better experience for me!
I called this dental practice hoping to book a first time appointment and the lady on the end of the phone with an American accent heard all of my words UNTIL I said my surname for the information sheet which is Hungarian and her tone and approach changed. Even after spelling my surname out, the lady didn’t seem interested and blamed the connection and cut the call. I then got my support worker to call her as I’m a previously looked after child as my connection was apparently bad and she was then rude to her, shut down my social worker and was even ruder to me and said she couldn’t make the appointment for me even though she wouldn’t try it with me. We were both shocked by her behaviour and I had to calm down before making this review. Very poor customer service.
Warm, friendly, clean, efficient and approachable dentist practice. The admin staff are always brilliant and engaging. My recent visit was handled superbly, I needed a minor procedure with a top notch outcome. Highly recommended practice.
We have been going to Lawley dental practice for a number of years as a family. Sheena is a great dentist who has a lot of patience with nervous patients and always explains the different options when needing treatments. If you have a tooth emergency, Lawley will try their best to get in you in as soon as possible. Thank you Lawley ????
I have been a patient for several years and always receive excellent treatment. Recently I needed an urgent appointment and the receptionist was very warm and kind in providing me with an appointment to see Sheena and Shannon. Sheena was excellent in talking me through my treatment plan and the whole experience was excellent. Thank you Sheena and Shannon.
Sheena is a fantastic dentist, always puts me at ease and makes me feel like the most important person in the room! I’ve always been nervous of dentists but seeing Sheena is like visiting a friend???? Her dental nurse Shannon is lovely too and they work so well together.
I have always feared going to a dentist due to bad past experiences, but once I joined Lawley Dental practice, Sheena and her assistant put me at ease right away. Sheena is professional, but friendly and worked slowly with me to get me used to being worked on. I am no longer afraid of needles and this is all down to Sheena's patience with me. I'm so glad I joined this surgery and would recommend anyone without a second thought!
