Laurence has maintained and repaired mine and my wife's vehicles for several years. He is honest, thorough and reliable, and has at times dealt with complex issues that I'm sure would have had other mechanics rather we'd taken the vehicle elsewhere. We can't recommend him high enough.
We were travelling from the Midlands to Cornwall with two young children for a holiday a few weeks ago, when we had a minor accident on the A419. We stopped to check the car, were in the middle of nowhere and were amazed to find Laurence Auto Repairs was open at about 8am on a Sat morning. They were incredibly helpful, putting our car on the ramp for inspection straight away despite being incredibly busy, and assuring us the car was safe to drive to Cornwall. They didn't even accept any money for their time. Their kindness and willingness to help was hugely appreciated! We would recommend this garage to anyone.
I've been taking my vehicles to Lawrence for for well over 20 years. He's very honest and the best mechanic I know! Even though I have now moved over 20 miles away I still won't go anywhere else.
