We took my girlfriends mum and dad for afternoon tea on Christmas Eve. The sandwiches and selection of cakes were delicious and the amount was enormous. We took the rest home in boxes which they kindly provided. Excellent value for money.
Just popped in as everywhere was busy. What the most beautiful tea room ???? China tea service and had beef and turkey panini absolutely amazing we will return.
So polite and friendly service
Thank you
Fantastic little tea room just off into a side street. No parking in the immediate vicinity but large council car parks a few streets over. The service is stellar and the lovely staff will help you anyway possible. The food was served piping hot and I highly recommended the dish I have pictured. Bathroom is a genuine powder room with assortments to freshen yourself up.
I could imagine it can get busy as I only saw a handful of tables. So arrive early in the food rushes to get a seat.
Laura's Tearoom is a great place to visit in Llangollen! We had beautiful fruit scones with homemade jam and cream and a pot of sharing tea for an amazing price! ????
Quaint tea room with tasty cakes and friendly helpful staff. Off the main road so a bit of a find and well worth going to!
Found this place at lunchtime today and very pleased we did. Quite traditional lunch, but done well - for instance, I had a ham and cheese sandwich but it was really big, on nice granary bread, and came with crisps and a lovely big salad on the side. Also had a scone which came with indulgent portions of clotted cream and jam and it was absolutely spot on.
Washed this down with a pot of tea, all served in pretty delicate traditional china.
We just stopped in quickly having found the place but they also do afternoon tea if you book and, based on our cake/scone and sandwiches, I reckon that'd be a winner.
Dropped in on the off chance we could get afternoon tea and they were very obliging and provided an excellent, quality afternoon tea. So much cake we had to take some home. The best bakewell I have ever tasted. Thank you.
Very friendly staff. Dog friendly. Home made cakes, good variety and very tasty. A good hot Cappuccino.
Lunches, my wife had a homemade very filling cheese and onion sandwich. I had a cheese and tomato panini. The tomatoes tasted like tomatoes ( not like supermarket ones) and a really good flavour of the cheddar came through. Both were served with crisps and freshly made salad with dressing..
A small 'round the corner' tea room / cafe but well worth checking out.
