They rescued me from an extremely tight lane yesterday in my truck. The boys were great, they got stuck in and spent a couple of hours getting me out. They were so positive and friendly. Great service top company
My first experience of this company was this morning when one of their drivers drove the wrong way down a one way street and pulled straight out of a blind turn on to a main road in front of me on my motorbike.
Just sorry I didn't have a go pro or I would prosecute.
Spoke with Daz and he was a fantastic help. Really takes pride in his job to guarantee top notch customer service. Would highly recommend this company ????????
I have autoaid breakdown cover. Put my location in the app, 2mins later Lane's called, 10mins and someone was there to investigate and within an hour the recovery truck picked me up and took me to Bristol. Can't fault them. Very friendly and efficient ????
Poor service absolute disgrace for the Police Force to consider using them - rude obnoxious driver held us to ransom while vehicle at risk of causing an accident would not allow it to be moved by the very decent recovery driver who was responsible to do so - made a very stressful situation five times worse - complained to the Police Force about this man’s actions. It meant two Policemen were held up at the scene for an extra 45min and the vehicle at risk of causing an accident together with myself being frightened and very anxious! Would totally not recommend

I can only describe my experience with lanes as excellent. They picked me 30 mins after broken down in evening. As they could not take me to a tyre garage as it was sunday, they took me home.
Next morning they took me up at the agreed time.
As I said excellent.
Brilliant service. Broke down on way to our holiday due to brake issue. Car was taken to their garage for the night while we stayed in a hotel. Didn't get the name of the driver then but so helpful then in the morning we were picked up by Johnathan who then relayed us back home to Devon. Couldn't have been more helpful. Very nice guy. Thank you so much for the excellent service.
