Lancashire bread House is award winning pie makers. The pies and pastries are baked in house, super fresh and served hot - how its meant to be.
We had Lamb and mint followed by our favorite Manchester Tart...no banana, was rather gutted. But the pastry and custard are amazing.
The servers are all friendly and extremely helpful. An amazing place. Best pies ever!
Absolutely beautiful sausage roll was lovely and meaty The pastry was so light and flaky beautifully seasoned also got ham and cheese quiche the pastry was beautiful no soggy bottom lovely seasoned filled with top quality ingredients also bought a chocolate muffin with cream cream was fresh muffin was delicately flavoured you have 100% new regular Customer withe me see you soon.

I often get a minted lamb pie for my lunch, the frozen ones are great too, i usually get one aswell

Located in Burscough village centre amongst other shops. Tesco is a 2 minutes walk away. Parking on the opposite side of the road near the public toilets.

Cheese and onion pasty needs more filling very tasty but let down by not enough filling and went back still no extra filling as told would have a word with Baker one more chance
Went today like I usually do when working in the area. I am adverse to leaving negative reviews as I would never intentionally hurt a business reputation.
However the 2 ladies working today are the most rudest staff I have ever come across. I will not go into anymore but staff like this can ruin the good honest work put in by the owners.

Tried this place through recommendation.had the chicken and mushroom pie ,tasted identical to pukka from the supermarket.with a puff pastry lid . ratio of meat to sauce exactly the same.why not Ditch the puff pastry lid and just do all short crust ? More Lancashire authentic,needs well more chicken.shame.
