I ordered the the chicken chow mein , chicken balls , rice, chips , curry sauce with onions & a tub of gravy.
This is by far the best Chinese I have ever ate , I will definetly be back.
The place was spotless & the food was immaculate 5/5 from me & my partner .
It was Lams Cafe that we visited for breakfast. We waited a wee bit long for our coffee although the cafe was quiet but it was fine. The food was lovely. I had the poached eggs and avocado on sourdough with the addition of amazing Stornoway black pudding. My husband had Eggs Benedict but swapped the muffins for French Toast, which was no hassle. I don't like the white of an egg but would never ask for it not to be there, I was told though to just ask for poached yolks only next time as they will serve whatever is asked for by the customer. Great place!
Great food cooked fresh, no grease and also quick. Food portions r really good for value. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ????
Really busy place, which is always a good sign! The staff at the counter are constantly answering phones and managing orders in a cheerful mood. The shop itself is immaculate - clean, nicely decorated and lots of space. You can tell there are lots of regulars coming in and the service is always this friendly!
The food is lovely - we had a small salt and chilli munchy box, which was amazing. I had honey chilli chicken which was a bit syrupy for me, but I think I may just have made the wrong choice, rather than there being anything wrong with the meal.
I’d like to come back soon and try more meals!
Used this as my go-to Chinese for ages. Would travel from Cambuslang to pick up the food on a regular basis but recently since the management has changed it has went downhill. The special fried rice includes next to no prawns and the quality has decreased. Used to be the best Chinese in Glasgow. Bring back the old owners please.
Dont no if chef's to busy but got chicken satay on skewers again used to be 10/10 but sauce was tasteless. Used to be separate sauce .2/10. Pancake roll exactly the same tasteless. Not the first time ,it seems to be a hit and a miss . Salt chilli chicken chowmain the same had it 3 tmes . First time amazing other 2 tasteless . Very disappointed as a no there food is amazing but seems to be getting to rushed ..A have been raving about Lams to everyone, but letting me down ..sorry letting the good hard work that you have done .
Lams food is usually to die for. Only 4 stars for food as the chicken in the chicken Maryland was disgusting. First and last time buying chicken Maryland here. On the plus side the chicken and sweetcorn soup was amazing and their prawn crackers are the thicker ones.
Only place I get Chinese curry from and we've never had a problem. Delivery is always really quick too.
