Recently had a complication with my mother’s eye drop medication but was resolved so quickly by the lovely pharmacist! She was quick to help; greatly appreciated :)
Since the changes,I have been experiencing a lot of problems in terms of my medications.
Some of the pharmacy staff are efficient but I just came in contact with a new pharmacist(female) who is very unprofessional.
I had to put in a 3rd request for my medications today 17/4/23 after several requests.
She did not put in my requests and when challenged her attitude was very defensive …no apologies etc.
I phoned the GP surgery who told me that no email request was sent from her which she claimed was initially sent.
You need to let your staff be aware of the importance of handling patients request.
Medications are vital to the patients for good health & recovery .
Our local pharmacy used to be great! But since the administrative changes, the staff have become much less professional and less friendly. The medication we’ve ordered has been wrong on multiple occasions, resulting in numerous trips to the pharmacy. When asked for some help in regards to new medication, I was told they didn’t know and I could figure it out myself.
Please sort this out! It was the best pharmacy up until recently.
Pharmacist is always very helpful, he is always looking after my mother and really goes the extra mile to ensure medication is ready on time. This is the third pharmacy I have tried, always helpful and satisfied with the team. Thank you Lambeth pharmacy!!
Staff is amazing here, especially Danielle. I was due to get a lateral flow test for travel and the Lloyds pharmacy close by let me down although I had booked in advance. I was distressed and with no option left other than not to fly. Danielle waited for me after her closing time and ensured I would get my test sorted. Can't thank her enough!
I was deeply distressed and going through pain all weekend. Called my GP on Monday morning and my prescription was sent over at around 3pm for me to pick up in two hours. After waiting outside (in pain) for over 15 minutes, I was told my prescription had not come through. I did not get my medication until the next day, and only after threatening to change my pharmacy. I am pretty sure they decided to teach me a lesson because I was cranky, but only due to my pain. This is very unacceptable, and I will be changing my pharmacy. Staff lack empathy.
Recently, the services and my experience at this pharmacy have really improved with the new pharmacist. I have recommended my family to use this pharmacy too - keep up the good service!
Staff was very helpful. I went to get a brace for my wrist. They helped me pick the right size and even helped me wrap and treat my sprained wrist. Exceptional service, very kind and helpful.
