Best pharmacy out there. I have had my regular prescriptions from this pharmacy for few years. My medicine is always ready on time. If I am unable to collect they will get it delivered with no hassle. Staff are amazing, they are always polite and helpful.
Finding a parking is difficult outside, so i parked on the side and stepped inside the pharmacy hoping to be able to make the purchase quickly. Inside there wasn't a queue but yet I had to wait as there was an ongoing conversation about properties and rental homes which couldn't be interrupted by the presence of a paying customer. Even so when I did find the product, the man at the counter wouldn't take the payment when I presented my card and left it to one of the ladies in the shop to do who had to get around to reach the card machine. All this while I was hoping I wouldn't get a parking ticket. A little proactiveness would be much appreciated I guess. Little things matter.
I received very good customer service today upon attending the pharmacy for my flu vaccination. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I will be visiting this pharmacy again!
