Une bonne ambiance avec une belle musique

Une équipe au petit soin qui propose des bons cocktails.
Nous avons fait la connaissance avec le chef et quelle belle rencontre
Il propose une belle carte mais il a également fait une cuisine sur mesure selon nos goûts
Il travaille de beaux produits et c’était des explosions de saveurs grâce a son expérience de la cuisine du monde
Nous reviendrons si nous sommes à nouveau de passage dans la région
Nous ne manquerons pas à recommander ce restaurant
Ho fatto un pranzo di lavoro. Ambiente carino e servizio veloce. Il cibo preparato era buono.
Per 18,50.- un piatto, una bibita e il caffé.
Personalmente propongo di offrire la possibilità di un menu a due portate pagando evidentemente qualcosa in più. Un po troppo leggera la singola portata.

So there is a sign outside (see photo), confirming what's on Google Maps: open until 20:00.
We arrived 16.45 starving and the waiter tells us the restaurant is closed. He went outside showing us the sign which ironically also said open until 20:00.
Then all of a sudden he said "eh not today".
As I can read from other reviews this is not the first time that happened. We had super heavy luggage and were happy to have found an open place and then this?
Update your details and don't make publicity that you are open when you are not. Or close the shop if you don't want to make money.
The drop making the bucket full he wanted to sell us a piece of cold pizza for a more expensive price than the supposedly fresh one would have cost.
Please refrain from commenting on this review as I am already super upset. And these "I am sorry" replies don't help. Make it right the first time.
Edit: your response is an easy excuse. There is plenty of options to cope with that, registering a "bar vita bella" and "restaurant vita bella" with different opening hours just would close the deal to name one. For sure reading your reviews it doesn't help your business to continue with what you are doing.

Pizza napoletana ottima, insalatona sorprendentemente gustosa e soprattutto un servizio che è veramente raro trovare in zona!

Ha una energia molto serena. Si po parlare tranquillamente perché mettano la musica ambientale. Un comfort zone veramente dove si sta molto bene.
Ottimo ristorante. Molto frequentato nell’ora di pranzo. Servizio preciso e veloce. Qualità del cibo molto buona. Ottime insalate e bowl. Bella energia verde … peccato che piante finte. Ma ovviamente non si poteva fare altrimenti.
La cameriera spazza il pavimento invece che servire il mio caffè già pronto. Cucchiaino sporco , quando chiedo il cambio me ne lavano uno nuovo.. forse sono tutti sporchi? Cambia lavastoviglie ! Caffè sciapo..
Ho pranzato in questo nuovo posto vicino alla stazione di Mendrisio S. Martino. L' ambiente è molto accogliente, atmosfera piacevole e anche la selezione piatti varia. Ho scelto una bowl (aloha) che dalla descrizione del menu' sembrava molto ricca, purtroppo ne ho lasciata piu' di metà perchè le salse erano probabilmente non fresche , con un sapore molto acido. La cameriera mi ha gentilmente proposto di farmene fare un altra, purtroppo non avendo tempo non ho praticamente pranzato. Mi sarei almeno aspettata uno sconto, oppure un caffè per il disguido, invece nulla. Peccato.
