Nice atmosphere, friendly service. The food is absolutely amazing! I had the beef sour soup (rich and delicious) and the Carpathian mix (huge meat platter, it's definitely for two people ????). The prices are very friendly. Highly recommended if you are in Worcester. Definitely gonna visit it again.
Very good service, tasty food and fantastic atmosphere,everything perfect, local have very nice style...We had there our wedding dinner with friends and family very recommended this restaurant for everyone. Stefan and colleague were helpful with the menu.My meat eating friends all said the chops and ribs were full of flavour, and my veggie option was also very tasty.
The papanasi desserts were scrumptious.Very good value meals.The Romanian wine was also enjoyable.
Lovely romanian restaurant. I had the chicken breast with chips and salad and the Papanasi. Chicken breast was tender and juicy, the portion was huge. The Papanasi were exceptional. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice and cozy. Lovely experience, would reccomend.
1st time, eating at a Romanian restaurant and although quiet for lunch, it's was a good experience. I know nothing of Romania and there food and I was pleasantly surprised. Massive change from the norm and I would definitely return.
We went for lunch after doing Christmas shopping in Worcester. Pleased to find authentic Romanian cuisine. I have been craving for a sour soup, and that's what we found. It's including all the traditional condiments like sour cream, pickled chillies and bread. Main meal portions are very large. We couldn't finish all and the host gladly packed it up for us to take it at home.
With it's traditional decor, delicious Romanian food and friendly atmosphere, this place is a bit of a find. We love Romanian food, and the few dishes on the menu are good choices and great value for money. Our top tip is to ask for day's specials. For us, sarmale with polenta were a treat. Sarmale is a dish of mince meat wrapped in pickled cabbage, slow cooked in a tomato and herbs sauce. One other recommendation is the Carpathian mix, a platter of fine charcutterie and grilled meats.
Very good and cheap food! Nice restaurant with traditional romanian food, definitely worth to try.
