Une expérience agréable. Jolie décors. Point fort le service.

Malheureusement j'ai été déçu de la cuisine (ayant fait beaucoup de restaurants étoilés). Une technique certaine mais des goûts très forts et souvent trop nombreux, manquant de finesse. Le plat de langoustine était le point faible de la soirée, un profil beaucoup trop salé par rapport aux autres plats servis. Point fort le dessert chocolat, basilic et fruit de la passion, très original et délicat.

Mention spéciale au service très attentionné et à l'écoute.

J'aurai apprécié une option menu végétarien qui n'était pas proposée au menu.

The restaurant experience at the Michelin starred restaurant Valrose was one of the best dinners of my life. All incredibly balanced, between oriental flavors, French and experimental cuisine. All accompanied by a unique atmosphere and the staff was extremely precise, prepared, but also friendly and informal. The chef then stopped by towards the end of the service to make sure everything was as it should be and spent a few minutes talking to us. What can I say, congratulations to the entire kitchen team and the dining room staff. Two very deserved stars! ????????????????????

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of La Table du Valrose. The chef was recently elected best new chef in Switzerland. This is a must visit. Both the staff and the cooking are of the highest standard. High utilization of local products as well as healthy selections are to be underlined. Go there before the Michelin stars add up and the prices increase. I was invited thus I do not know the exact price paid.

Surprise of the year - best experience, we went this summer and and we both have been to dozens of 2 and 3 star restaurants. From service to the presentation of the dishes, fantastic wines (a lot of Swiss treasures) and of course excellent creations… this is a hidden gem in the Lake Geneva Alps close to Gstaad.

Will be back this winter and staying at their hotel this time.

Unfortunately no photos from the dinner as we wanted simply enjoy it, but the memories are well with us.

Étoile Michelin et 18 au G&M largement mérités. Le mets étaient très bien préparés, d'une grande finesse et de belles associations. Nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir à découvrir la cuisine du Chef Carcenat.

Sans oublier le chef pâtissier qui a fait un excellent travail sur la finalité du menu. Une touche pas trop sucrée, légèrement acidulé. Exquis.

Et finalement, le service était très bien. Pas envahissant et un rythme bien dosé. Bravo.

Je recommande cette adresse les yeux fermés.

Dans un chalet à l'intérieur moderne et élégant, le personnel en salle se montre accueillant, professionnel et avenant.

A la fois audacieuse, précise et inventive,

la cuisine intègre avec une infinie subtilité et une maîtrise extrême des saveurs d'ailleurs aux produits locaux. Une très grande table et une expérience gustative hors du commun, proche de la perfection !
