Anniversary lunch here with friends, booked by email and had a fast response. Greeted by by a very pleasant and friendly waiter that took us to our reserved table. Drinks came quickly while we browsed the menu, we were not hurried and the waiter took time to advise us. My starter looked so delicious I am afraid I ate it before I could take a picture, however I have posted a couple to show you the size of the portions. We all agreed we must go again and although we live 40 miles away in opposite directions it was worth the drive to enjoy a perfect meal in lovely surroundings. Good food and drink at a reasonable cost. Excellent service and a lovely restaurant.

Okish food, awful service.
Had a reservation for 1915, restaurant was packed. We waited over 45 minutes for our main to turn up with no apology. When this was highlighted the waitress shrugged her shoulders and said the kitchen was busy. This should of been reflected in the price without a confrontation. No humility or wish to make our experience enjoyable. Our food was on the pass for a while as the melted cheese had rehardened... won't return.
Brilliant lunch time menu from 12 till 2 outstanding pizzas and pastas at a great price. Highly recommended. Expensive but well worth it. Very welcoming warm friendly atmosphere. Loved it and a really good edition to Amesbury. Just give it a try I know your like it. Kids very welcome.
I spent ten days in Italy searching the best Italian food in the world but it was actually at La Lupa this entire time. Seriously the best lasagna I’ve ever had. Pizza was pretty good but didn’t even compare to the insanity of flavors that were packed into the lasagna.
We had our rehearsal dinner here for our wedding. They were very easy to coordinate with via email (arrived from many countries). Everyone enjoyed their meal and I will definitely return if I am ever back in the area. Thank you again for a wonderful dinner and accommodating our large party.
Lovely decor and atmosphere. Popped in for lunch without reading a review or La Lupa being recommended. I echo every positive review written (I doubt there will be any negative ones). Attentive friendly staff. Lovely food choices and the food was delicious. Fantastico.
Absolutely beautiful. The food is wonderful, with a really wide selection, service is quick and the staff are lovely. So pleased to have found such an amazing Italian restaurant right on my doorstep.
