Das Restaurant war für uns ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Essen war köstlich, die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre war fantastisch. Das Beste italienische Essen das wir je hatten!
Authentisches italienisches Restaurant mit täglich frischer Karte und winziger Terrasse. Nebenbei noch Weinbar, die Beratung ist ausgesprochen fundiert. Ich hatte Muscheln gebacken in der halben Schale und auf Bitten Pasta arrabbiata, wirklich fein gewürzt. Das Schokoladen-Dessert war gut und sah witzig aus.
I enjoyed my dinner here one evening. Reasonably convenient to my hotel (CitizenM). The service was friendly and attentive and the food and wine were good too. I managed to snag a table outdoors on a nice evening and perhaps not surprisingly (given I arrived when they opened) to find that the other patrons out there were all Americans.
I started with some sauteed veggies and moved on to the seafood risotto.

We stumbled across La Citadella by accident on our first night in Geneva and we were so glad we went in, as it really is a hidden gem! The restaurant is quite small - we were one of only two outside tables on the night we visited, which actually added to the experience as it made it feel like a quiet, intimate setting.
The food was incredible - we had a caprese salad and carpaccio to start which were both fresh and delicious. The mains were all fantastic as well with great flavour - I think the particular highlight was the duck ragout ravioli which went down an absolute treat, the sauce in particular. I also enjoyed a great mojito!
Our waiter was so friendly and personable and went through a lot of the menu with us, offering suggestions and answering questions. All through the service he was so helpful and really made the experience a great one!
I would definitely recommend La Citadella to anyone looking for a top-quality Italian dinner in Geneva.
제네바에 수많은 식당 중에서도 정말 완벽한 곳이다. 이탈리아식으로 재료의 맛과 식감을 그대로 재현한 완벽한 이탈리아 식당이다. 양념이 강한 이탈리아 요리를 좋아하는 사람들은 안 맞을 수 있겠지만, 이 곳에서는 무장해제를 하고 느껴보시길 바란다. Primo(에피타이저)로 3명이 먹을 수 있는 그릴에 구운 문어를 시켰는데, 신선한 오일과 딱 적당히 익어 부드러운 문어 다리를 정말 맛있게 먹을 수 있다. 메인으로 나오는 요리들도 모두 다 훌륭했다. 사실 이 집의 장점 중 하나는 언덕에 있다는 점인데, 조용하고 이탈리아에 온 듯한 기분이 든다. 야외 테이블이 너무 없어서 일찍 가지 않으면 야외 테이블에 앉기 어렵다.
Wonderful meal at La Cittadella. The service was perfect. The food was delicious. Great wine list with lovely options by the glass. What a treat! I cannot imagine a more perfect Italian dinner.
Five star experience. I dropped in on a Tuesday evening. The entire menu is in French, which I don’t speak. Waiter walked me through the specials, when I didn’t see something I loved, he asked me what I liked. The chef offered up a beef dish that was fantastic. I didn’t expect for a special dish, but appreciated the offer. Will definitely come back to see what’s next.
