This is our local garage that we have used many times in the past. The customer service is awful. Always get asked if you are local (which we are) when you call and if you have been there before (which we have many times). After having one of our vehicles booked in for 10 days we then got a phone call the evening before the day it was due to go in. As the job was fault finding and not an easy fix they didn't want the work so cancelled our appointment. After this I will now no longer use them and strongly recommend anyone I know to go somewhere else.

Paul and the team always look after me. The thing that really works for me is the out of hours secure key drop. I leave the car on my way to work and pick it up with works completed at the end of the day. Work is always explained and priced very fairly. They look after both my family cars

Unexpectedly found car had ran out of m.o.t, dropped car off today and the young lads got it done. Better service than normal.
Don't be put off by the lack of fancy signs and shiny stuff at reception. The team at Burrows know their stuff and will fix problems that the bigger dealers can't and at very competitive prices. You'll always get honesty and fairness which is why they are always busy and their regular customers stay loyal.
Good, friendly & trustworthy service. Paul, the owner, is always really helpful.
Only downside is that it is a little on the pricier side, but this is probably to be expected with a village garage.
It's right next to the bus stops, so if you don't live within walking distance, it's very easy to get back home via either the 41 (Bedford-Northampton) or 21 (Lavendon-MK).
I have used this Garage for 12 years to maintain my vehicles .
Excellent good value service at all times. Knowledgeable,friendly staff who take time to explain what work needs doing and why. I would not go anywhere else.
