First time using this garage, i called in and spoke to Lee very polite and knowledgeable i was in the motor industry for over 30 year, i booked my car in for lee to check a few issues and awaited a call, lee called me the next day having checked my car he identified other problems which i new needed addressing the price quoted was reasonable as parts
needed were main dealer parts, I agreed to have all the work completed and i can say a fast and reliable service i am unable to do repairs now at my age and i wanted a garage with skill well i got that and friendly service.

I was recommended this garage by my ex partner, my car was happily booked in for its brakes doing. Very quick and affordable service I thought when I picked my car up, I’ll definitely use this garage again.
Only to discover a day or two later my passenger door motorised window had been stripped of its motor and waterproof membrane. No phone call to advise, no discussion on what had been done when I picked the car up, I just drove away.
On return to the garage to confront about the situation when this was noticed a few days later, yes it was admitted and when asked why I wasn’t informed / called or even given my parts back. “ I was busy” was the answer.
Which is no excuse to take parts out of someone’s car without permission or discussion at the cost of £300 it would have cost me to replace.
Yes the window was repaired and the parts put back in, will I be using this garage again… absolutely not.
Am I the first person this has happened to, or is it the first time he’s been caught out….. who knows.

Car broke down on the way to work first thing in the morning and a friend recommended these guys. Called them at 7.30 am got me in and got the car sorted. Couldnt ask for more from them. Great lads!

Had my car fixed a few times now by lee and the guys from the garage they work fast don't rip you off on parts and the labor rate is good I would not hesitate to recommend this garage to anyone 5* from me great service and friendly guys. Lee and Martin are the best mechanics I know in Halifax and I would not hesitate to recommend.
