Working on a site in westgate. Came across this place by accident. Wish I hadn't. Firstly, the ham roll I bought looked a bit suspect to begin with. Got back to site, had a bite, something wrong. Ham was rancid, nasty margarine. Bread was tough as old boots.£2.50. Nearly sick in my van. 1.80 for a can of coke. Sausage roll was tough aswell. Probably been sitting in a hot glass display all day. Leave the place well alone. Good job I'm not local. Disgusting. Refund would be nice!
Love this little bakery, the girls are so lovely, warm and welcoming, pop in most week days for my lunch, always greeted with a smile & whatever I choose is always freshly made, freshly cooked ????????
Never had any issues, only that I’m eating too many yummy cakes they bake ????

What a little gem a real bakers open early with lots of wonderful breads, cakes and rolls. They make there own filled rolls as well as sausage rolls. The lady that served us was so nice she even showed us where the cash machine was( not related to our time in the shop) we were so impressed we bought more rolls abd bread to freeze. If you are lucky look out for the 50p bags of yesterdays cakes as well.
My local Bakery. Five stars is definitely not enough. I Visit Krusty every morning before work and always enjoy having my morning chat and coffee from the Lovely staff there. Tina and Michelle are absolute diamonds. Best bakery in Thanet.

Great bakery, we always have to go here when we go to Westgate high street. Love their cakes and the savouries are good too. Highly recommended
