Awful pharmacy, the staff didn’t want to do their jobs. They would rather send you away than helping you with a prescription.
Especially in a time of need, no compassion, just straight rudeness.
Will never be going here again.
This is the worst pharmacy I’ve been too . The staff are so rude and they have no clue of what they are doing . I wish I knew where they got their degrees from . My mom lost her medication and went to ask for emergency medication and they pharmacist literally shouted at her and criticised her for losing it . He also refused to give her the medication even tho it’s for high blood pressure so she had to go to her gp to get a new prescription.
On another occasion my dad went to pick up my prescription and they gave him the wrong medication and for that reason I missed one dose of the medication . So I went there the following day and the lady didn’t apologise for the mistake and demanded I brought the medication back . I said I wouldn’t bring it back as it was a mistake on their part and I also mentioned how unsafe it is for them to provide the wrong medication to patients . After that she became really hostile . I will from now one ask my gp to send my medication elsewhere . These people are unprofessional, irresponsible and have 0 empathy or any care for their patients .
The most efficient and friendly pharmacist I have ever used!
No problems whatsoever and always sort me out if I mess up and forget.
