Our first takeaway from here and it was excellent. Just wish they'd deliver. Very hit and miss as to when they'll answer their phone but when you can get through, it's worth it!
Had a very pleasant meal here with the family. Friendly welcome and nice Chinese food
Normally have a great meal and always order from there but today when ordering chicken and cashew nuts I ended up with a tub of chicken and onion. Not a cashew nut or vegetable anywhere to be seen so very disappointed.
Service was a little slow, but polite and once orders placed for food or drink the wait wasn't long before service.
The food was very good, portions were proportionate to the price.
Flavours were good, not oily, well cooked, great aroma.
I would happily return.
A small restaurant but it is nice if you don't like being in crowded, noisy places. The tables are clean and staff are friendly. I had the dry ribs for starters which were so nice and perfectly cooked. I had the crispy aromatic duck with egg fried rice and it was cooked to perfection, not greasy at all. You are not rushed and they leave you to enjoy your meal, but are always available if you require anything further. It is my favourite Chinese restaurant around, highly recommend!
Just had a lovely meal at Kongs. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service exceptional. For a Sunday night the restaurant was packed and the take away service seemed to be consistently being used. Would most definately recommend as food delicious!
Slightly more expensive than other Chinese restaurants, but the food is lovely and the service is very good. Well worth a visit.
Mid week visit, had the restaurant to ourselves, pleasant welcome,
Ordered shredded chicken chow mien, special fried rice and chrispy chicken, chicken and black bean sauce,
Order was on the table very quick as there was only us,
The whole table was full with our order as the servings was huge.
The taste of the food was excellent ????,
We couldn't eat it all and they politely put our food into takeaway boxes.
Highly recommended
We'll be back again 10/10
