The Best! Their Ukrainian bread is just delicious been eating it for years and years now. Buying it in Manchester. Have been to the bakery itself a few times their products are just perfection, like mama use to make! Good quality ingredients in honest products. No nasty artificial stuff added. Highly recommend it!
I have been their customer for over 40 years. When my son developed an allergy to additives and colours the only bread he could eat was Kolos rye bread as its 100% rye flour. Anyone with an allergy to wheat can eat rye bread. It tastes amazing.
They also bake other continental breads which are worth trying... delicious.
I have been a fan of Kolos Ukrainian Rye for quite some time. Bought as an occasional treat from the Deli in Huddersfield covered market until it closed and then direct from the bakery - usually still warm from the oven. A rapid deterioration in my Parkinson's symptoms prompted me to give up driving. Though it is a more occasional treat I use mail order - tip ring before 12:00 and you will get your bread the following day. Staff are super friendly.
Best place in Yorkshire for Rye bread. Will deliver nationwide, we order 30 and freeze (keeps very well) every few months
Good place for buy freshly baked bread early morning, but if you need cake, you need order it in advance. Last time I didn't and have been Christmas without my favourite cake ????
