had an appointment for 15.15 got here at 1500 been sat outside the room for an hour while other people got in before me who came in after me ! first time here Not impressed at all . ridiculous waiting time . appointments are made for a reason if i was late im sure they would have something to say .At 16.00 . the Dentist came out from the room went to the other room at the far end of the corridor. i then decided to leave and voiced my opinion to the assistant about the long wait . she apologised as did the receptionist. then asked if i wanted to reschedule? unbelievable poor service do not register at this unorganised shambles of a practise !
Very happy I went to Axsa and she put me at ease straight away. I had a check up and an xray and we have made a plan to fix my poor tooth. We are going to try a crown first of all and see if we can save the tooth first.
Thankyou Kate…
Me and my 12year old son went to see Kate for our check ups and hygiene appointments. Kate was very friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable.
She made our experience very comfortable and painless. Thank you for keeping us both at ease during our appointments.
Thanks again ????
Consistently 1st rate service over many years . All staff and dentists very professional and friendly.
An amazing group of friendly dentists and reception staff who are organised and always look after their patients. I’m always made to feel comfortable at every appointment and informed throughout all my treatments despite how scary they may seem, I’m always put at ease! I can rest assured that my teeth will be well looked after.
Great care and a wonderful team of dentists. A successfully run practice; efficient, organised and good time management. I always leave feeling happy that my teeth are being well looked after, by my dentist but also myself - as they offer me advice on how to maintain good dental care. I have been going here forever, and would never change!
I had been going to KNOWSLEY DENTAL since 1995 , then my wife since 1997 and of course all family. We had tremendous experience but since last 10 years or so, services are gone really poor! My own dentist won't pay much attention as she had gone part time. Despite my Mrs regular attend appointment and bringing to their notices about fillings, they leave u in pain. Pay £59 for treatment but after a week or so filling will come out... Go again they take your tooth out!!!! My Mrs lost two teeth this way and we are seriously considering changing dentist. No one their care at all... No one northern..very poor!!
We first registered with the dentists in the second half of August 2019. The dentist said my daughter needed a treatment to fill a cavity in her tooth and advised us to book for the treatment at the reception. When we tried to make an appointment, the first available appointment was in early October. We booked on the 7th of October. Prior to the 7th of October, my daughter called to confirm the booking only to be told that there was no booking for her on the 7th. On hearing that, I called the dentist myself and enquired about the booking. The receptionist wouldn't let me speak and told me that my daughter had never been booked on the 7th, in a very rude manner. When I said I had an appointment card to prove it, the receptionist changed the tone of her voice and told me to bring the appointment card on my daughter's next appointment, which was now set on the 28th of October.
On the morning of 28th October, the dentist messaged my daughter saying that the appointment was cancelled. So she called the dentist to make another appointment, which was set on the 18th of November. To make the matter worse, in the morning of the 18th, the dentist again messaged my daughter to tell her that the appointment was cancelled. Now she's booked on the 6th of December. Are they allowed to cancel so many appointments of one patient??
EDIT: ONE HOUR AFTER the filling was done in December, it came off. She waited for this job for several months and when it was finally done, it came of almost immediately. What a joke. Why are they even allowed to operate as dentists?
