Went in for the first time in a while.
Often used over years and loved the friendly service.
I asked why the phone number isn't working even though its on Google and on the front of the shop.
She in the most rude way told me to contact open reach for an explanation whilst she sipped her cup of tea.
Straight faced and with zero customer service. She was annoyed I was even in the shop.
Don't know if it's changed hands but I will never use it again.
Never been so insulted by such a disgustingly rude person In my life.
A potential paying customer and I just walked out.

Awesome place, Love phoning them as they are polite, courteous and always have a smile which you can hear in there voices.
The food is great and I have never had bad meal from them.

Does the best Thai red curry and chicken curries in knightswood, always freshly made .compliments to the cook and the management 10/10. Great takeaway. And great prices well worth the money.
Tried most of the food from here and can honestly say its the best iv had around knightswood. The staff are so friendly & helpful also. Go into detail on the food if required especially if you have allergies etc. Highly recommend. Miss Rankin as they know me ;)
Rubbish place, food is good but lady at the front is very aggressive, speaks very rudely and swears, asked for some extra sauce and said I was barred ????♂️ Not sure what happened but won’t be visiting again.
Beautiful food and friendly service. Couldn't find/order online which would make it even better. Am I just missing the correct website?
The lady at the front desk was so nice to my daughter in a fact she even came home saying this is where we are going to have out chinese from now on. Finally somebody with sense of humor :)
Had a very bad experience in this shop food was awful and when I complained. The owner Rachel was very rude would not go back there even if it was free
