Every 4 weeks I have to pick up my weekly pill pack duo and so many times there have been tablets missing from it... which means when I've got home... I've had to go all the way back again! I have been going to this pharmacy for over 20 years when owned by Anita and kerpesh.... in all the time they owned this chemist I never ever had to check my medication is in my duo pack... they were amazing and just the best ????
The last year and a half have been absolutely awful!! I now live in Kent and discided to keep my same chemist.. so i have had to drive 1 hour back to this pharmacy because of their many mistakes!! I'm sick of it! So now I have to check my medication is all in there which I feel I shouldn't have to do!!!
My advice is to stay clear of this business!!

Friendly and helpful and the staff make you feel welcome, nothing is to much trouble and Anna along with all the people that helped deal with my medication were very helpful.

Quality of service and customer support has plummeted in the last year. Poor / little stock. Limited knowledge of medicine and Customer needs/care Some Staff need urgent training.

asked for Germolene and when they got home discovered they had Germolid cream.
Point blank refused to change it at £10. Pointed to 'No exchange, No refund printed on the receipt. DESPITE it being a staff error. I had to assertively insist before a refund took place.
I was offered tablets for an ailment; x10 minutes to find price, and just as l offered the money, discovered they were NOT tablets but CHEWS.
Little understanding of what they are recommending.
Two chemists owned by the same proprietor and offering a mediocre service is not a good idea and will lead to closure.
Such a pity. The former owners were excellent and served the community with care and passion.

I’ve been coming here for years & the service was wonderful under Kalpesh & team. Sadly since the pharmacy changed hands repeat prescription requests have been lost due to them not using the Healthera app anymore. I feel that a little of the warmth that we received from our community pharmacy is also missing.
Great pharmacy. I had to get a private prescription filled and Klub pharmacy had one of the lowest prices. I could have saved about a pound going to another pharmacy but Priyanka was so polite and helpful on the phone that I decided Klub pharmacy would be my best bet. When I went to drop off and pick up my prescription, I was not disappointed, everyone in the shop was friendly and knowledgeable.
Friendly, attentive staff, very knowledgeable & happy to advise. Clean and well stocked with prices clearly marked so no surprises when you get to the till. Even when busy the pharmacists take the time to ensure you understand the medications you are receiving.
Always friendly, always helpful and knowledgable. Have lived here 11 years and get all the family's prescriptions from Klub because Mr Patel, family and staff are so good. A really great local chemist.
This is the best pharmacy in this area, staffs are always friendly and helpful and ALL WAYS GO OUT OF THE BOX TO HELP YOU.and very reasonable price to they delivered medication on time as well.
