Hôtel bien situé par rapport à Roissy pôle (une station en CDG val) et Terminal 2 CDG (4 stations en CDG val, environ 10 min)
Décorations classe et classique, le personnel est accueillant . Petit déjeuner complet. Le bar bien que petit est sympa pour boire un verre.
Les chambres sont très correctes et bien insonorisées.
Le petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix.
Le prix est toujours cher.
Personnel très accueillant et professionnel. Les plats sont plutôt bons et bien préparés, bien supérieur à ce que l'on trouve dans la même zone. Les viandes et vins sont de bonne qualité.

We got in way later than we expected. There is nothing around the hotel to eat at when you are at this hotel. So, the expectations were not high at all.
We were seated promptly, greeted by the server, and given recommendations. The French onion was better than expected. It had a light broth, plenty of bread, and a lot of cheese in it. This is a recommended dish.
Had the club sandwich, it was ok, not the best, but not the worst. I wish it was a different type of bread as well. The bread was a little soggy.
If I happened to be at this hotel, I would eat here again. For a hotel airport restaurant the service and food were better than expected.
We came at 9:30pm and the restaurant closes at 10pm (though you can actually order up until 10!). The food we ordered had clearly been sitting in a refrigerator for quite some time (chicken caesar salad & burrata with vegetables). We couldn’t finish them; the vegetables with the burrata in particular had become soggy and the cheese itself was not great quality. We ordered what we did bc we felt guilty ordering so “late” at night but needn’t have worried. However the pea gazpacho was very good and the presentation overall was nice. The complimentary bread rolls were also good!
