Always a friendly welcome from the receptionist, Dr Kennedy and his dental nurse.
Dr Kennedy makes sure you are comfortable and relaxed.
He talks you through the procedure. Luckily I didn't need any treatment.
Dr Kennedy is an excellent dentist and I would highly recommend him.
Very friendly, professional team. I went for an implant consultation, very thorough examination and xray. Explained the treatment plan and associated costs so I understood the plan and outcomes. Busy practice efficient reception staff.
Had mine and my daughter's first check-up with our new dentist (Mr Norgrove), they were brilliant with my daughter explaining things to her so she understood as well as reassuring her about future treatments.
My check-up was also brilliant, no waffle or unnecessary treatments recommended.

The receptionist is always welcoming and helpful which is a bonus if you're nervous. Lilly is gentle and kind and explains really well everything she's doing. I can't fault this dental practice at all and almost (it's the dentist after all ????) look forward to my and my children's check-ins!
Routine check up/xrays. Clear,focused and concise explanations given regarding treatment plan/follow up advice by Mr Norgrove. Appointment did not feel rushed. Receptionist friendly and competent, with timely follow up text for next appointment.

I just have the best dentist ever in Lily, kind , compassionate and so goid atcher job, understands my severe anxiety and is so brilliant at her job. Great respectful reception staff too , a credit this practice is .
Was seen by Lily today and she was amazing. Iv become scared of the dentist in my adult life and usually feel like crying when I have to visit, but not today. Lilly put me at ease, explained everything to me and made the whole experience a thousand times better than its ever been before (and I was there about nerve pain). So I would really recommend her and would love to express how greatful I am.
Lili Johnstone really put me and my husband at ease ..She was lovely explained everything..When I explained I was hard of hearing she spoke very clear and looked at me so I could see her lips ...All staff always smiling and very helpful.. cleanliness is 5 star ..
