Amazing food. Ate here both Saturday evening and Sunday lunch time, both times were great. The lamb roast I had for Sunday lunch was quite possibly the best I’ve ever eaten at a pub. Fantastic all round, great staff and such a lovely, friendly manager. Would definitely recommend everyone to visit.

Booked on the day for a table for 3. It wasn't overly busy, so the service was quick, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. There was plenty to choose on the menu, but we got straight to it and went for the roast. It's what Sunday are all about. 2 pork and a chicken, which came on the bone. The portions are very generous, and the vegetables that accompanied were more than enough. The chicken on the bone, for me, was perfect. Crispy skin, succulent, and covered in a delicious sauce. Will definitely try again during the week to see what else is on offer
Four of us ate here last night and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals.Reasonable prices and we all found something on the menu that we really fancied. Beer was great and service cheerful and faultless! The pub was warm and clean, and allows dogs.
It just needs more people to give a bit more atmosphere…….we need to use these local pubs to keep them open!

All the staff I have met are cery friendly and attentive..Sunday Roasts are excellent
Shame that the pub is not supported more, it was very quiet, i hope it gets busier and it was chilly. Food was ok and staff pleasant, my only criticism would be they served the food on cold plates.
This pub was amazing food great company it was all hot and staff were very nice and nothing was to much trouble we will be be visiting here again
