The guys at kingfish are so lovely, they know me by name and always ask how I am and what I've been up to. They are always polite and make me feel so welcome. Food is amazing, very generous portions and lovely quality fish. They don't need to ask if I want salt and vinegar because they remember how I take it which is a lovely personal touch. Always come away smiling and with a lovely hot meal. You can call to preoder so you have less waiting time, otherwise you usually have to wait 8-10 mins because everything is cooked fresh to order. Definitely recommend ????
As always the food was outstanding, freshly cooked fish, high quality produce used. It is always busy. Expect to wait a short while on collection. Don't use the apps as they add a huge mark up. Same meal in person collection was £29, on the app £40.50!!!!!!

I ate fish and chips at them and it was the best fish and chips I have ever eaten. There was no oil smell and it was very delicious. I highly recommend it and although it is a very clean small business inside.Whenever I come this area I go there to get yummy meal Thanks for all who work there so friendly as well..

We went to collect ourselves, we found fish and chips doesn't travel well through the deliver apps.
Excellent service which considering how busy the take away was, was impressive. However the fish and chips were really disappointing. My large cod wasn't large and somehow it was overcooked and chewy yet the batter was raw in parts and thick. Chips were OK. Overall really disappointed.
Kings serve a fabulous fish and chips. The batter stays crunchy from the fryer to home, and the chips are really good too. You can ask for extra crispy chips at a time when they're not too busy. Everything is freshly cooked to order, the portion sizes are extremely generous, and you're better off sharing the large size if you have a small appetite.
Davut is a friendly and pleasant guy, and nothing is too much trouble.
Give it a try, and you'll not be disappointed.
Found this place on Google reviews as I was fed up with my more local chippy and I was not disappointed. Friendly welcome and everything cooked fresh to order. The Cod was really tasty, non greasy and with a nice crispy batter. Chips were not greasy either and flat squared off proper chip shop style with some crunch. All in all, give it a try, you won't be dissapointed and I will definitely be back! ????????
Ordered via deliveroo. Large fish was a good size with nice and crispy batter. Chips were decent although prefer them a little more crispy.
