According to the gentleman behind the counter they have been around for the last 20-25 years...not the best chinese in London,average waiting time and ok food for a sensible price,also remember that you cannot be too fassy this side of the world as there's not much happening in over a mile radius unless you want to go fishing and do it yourself.
I ordered a special chicken fried rice.... and lard of mercy????..... .. there was just chicken pieces with the dry so so rice. Not one piece of green peas, sweet corn in other words no mixed vegetables in the food and they call this special. I should of taking back. Will not be going back there again and I will also advice to check your food on the premises before taking home????
Really delicious food and the space is clean. The staff are friendly too and always greet you with a smile.

Tasty chicken with cashews, tasty &meaty prawn toast, great crispy chicken noodles, chilli and salt prawns were too spicy and a bit naff, seaweed was ridiculously too salty but everything else was pretty delish, different but nice BBQ sauce. Overall yummy value for money!
The food took an hour to arrive. I ordered squid and chilli beef, both were nice but a little too spicy for my liking. Would order again if a more mild version would be available, as right now I can't really taste anything and my mouth is burning...
This place has really transformed since being under new ownership recently! The food is much tastier, staff are much more friendly and I feel like I am getting great food and service for my money. I had the ribs in capital sauce and it was the best one I had ever tasted. They were also kind enough to fulfill special requests and the delivery was very fast! Will be my go to takeaway!
Inedible. Pancake rolls not cooked through and only contained bean shoots. Had chicken and beef chow mien hardly any meat in any. Curry sauce like water and no taste. Spare ribs not bad but not what we ordered. Had to throw 90% in the bin waste of money. Used them often before with no complaints but never again money in the bin
Terrible place. Do yourself a favour and do not order from this King’s Takeaway. Both myself and my son felt ill after eating only half of "king prawns" in the black bean sauce. There were very few tiny shrimps and the sauce was vile. Chicken with cashew nuts was even worse with chicken simply inedible and the terrible texture of the sauce really put us off. It really is the worst food experience we have had in London
