I have been using Khaira chemist for a while now and found the staff jayne and Bal to be very polite kind supportive and proffesionally at all times
Nothing is too much for them to handle

I and my wife have been using this pharmacy for coming on 8 years now. Jayne and Bal are nothing but kind courteous and welcoming each and every time we come in. All too often the fact that we have a great local Pharmacy servicing our community get's overlooked and taken for granted. I love it in this modern world where I can pop in with a prescription, be greeted by name and have a quick chat about how things are going whilst getting a prescription filled. I am not only talking about myself as I witness this with everyone else coming in during my short visits. Local knowledge and consistency leads to better customer service. Jayne, Bal and everyone else working there embody this and demonstrate the absolute continued need for a great local community pharmacy. Thank you ladies and thank you Khaira Pharmacy. Have to call to get my repeat prescription delivered. Between Dr’s surgery and Khaira pharmacy they just can’t get organised.
Nice place, service is bit slow, staff is nice, have vaccinee and lots of medicine
Most people there are so helpful and sympathetic. They know that people who come to a pharmacy go through stuff and they talk ever so politely.
However I removed 1 star because of only 1 person there who has been dismissive and rude to my husband and I. If we ask a question she will reply quite rudely as if we are disturbing her. She will also use saliva to open bags which, in current covid awareness times, should not be done right?
Having said that, the other members of staff deserve the other stars. They are polite and compassionate. If only that lady can make an effort. It does not cost anything to show a little bit of compassion and politeness.
Fantastic service from all staff there, always helpful with any quires I have regarding mine or family prescriptions. Delieveries always on time. Thank you all for your hard work.
Mrs Khaira was my family pharmacist as a child, and I remember her going above and beyond when we were small by opening the chemist late when we really needed it and 24hr chemists weren't really a thing. One of the best things about moving back to the area was the fact that she still runs the chemist. She has a great team in place and they're always willing to help!
