Weird experience here today.
When I got to the counter I said to the pharmacist that I'd asked for my prescription to be sent to Boots but the doctor must have accidentally sent it here instead. When getting my order ready, I heard the staff speaking and one of them angrily saying 'it's not an accident'. I was like whatever, I'll just pay and go. But when they came back with my prescription I got this strange condescending lecture about how prescriptions don't get sent accidentally etc etc. I tried to explain I'd said that the doctor had made a mistake by maybe just pressing the wrong pharmacy but they were so strangely defensive and weird about it I gave up, paid and got out of there.
They must have misunderstood and thought I was saying they'd made a mistake but the angry and condescending attitude towards me was bizarre. I'll make extra sure my prescriptions get sent to boots in future!

Very poor. Did not stock any diabetic equipment. I was cut off mby the "pharmacist" in mid sentance. I would not recommend, unprofessional.

Very friendly staff and so quick on the time from me sending to Dr and the Pharmacy informing me the meds were in. Have now switched to them for my monthly scripts. Many thanks and long may this quick kind friendly service continue.
Gold standard pharmacist. For starters they always answer the phone, unlike most competitors. Excellent stock, very quick and friendly service. Highly recommended, and worth the short trip if you live in south/east Bristol.
I want to say how helpful and efficient Angela was yesterday and today with sorting out a problem with my prescription. I will be sending my prescription there in future, rather than my long standing pharmacy in the High Street. Thank you so much!!
The most wonderful pharmacy. I used them every now and then for years and they were always great. However, when I was caring for my terminally ill mum recently, for several months, they really were amazing. Their Customer service is outstanding, they were always willing to help (even minutes before closing), knowledgeable, understanding, empathetic, I could go on. Other pharmacies cannot compete. A few prescriptions were sent accidentally to another pharmacy and they were awful (Lloyds). Keynsham Pharmacy are outstanding.
