I had to have an emergency tooth extracted.
I dealt with ALIZA and SYDNEY, they were both extremely professional and understanding.
I have hearing loss and they both made a point of making sure I could understand them clearly and also made every effort to make sure I was calm and in no way panicked. The whole experience was very streamlined and as far as getting a tooth removed goes was a good experience. Thank you once again lady’s you really helped calm my nerves.
Had an appointment at 2pm, they didn’t let me in at 1:55pm because they locked the door and were on break (which I wasn’t informed about). So I came back 10 minutes later and was told I was late. Dentists good, receptionists useless.
Rude, condescending and incompetent receptionist. Refused to give me an appointment due to a postponed appointment last year and refused to give me my results from the hospital. Unacceptable!
Cannot praise Key dental enough they were fab sorting my Grandaughters tooth out today! after our long trip to Birmingham missing an emergency dental appointment.. Key dental had her straight in and took her pain away. Thankyou so much to the Dentist and Receptionist you were amazing!
Thanks to Mr Dhanda and his staff for an excellent experience. Our first visit since before the pandemic. Everything was handled really well. Hygiene standards are first class and our treatments were carried out in a professional way with good explanation of what to expect from booking the appointment to the completion of the treatment.
We both highly recommend Key Dental.

My jaw had locked and kept clicking out of place so I needed an emergency appointment. Key Way we're unable to facilitate this for 2 weeks so they expected me to struggle in pain and discomfort until then. Not happy with this I called 111 and they told me Key Way had a duty of care to see me as a matter of urgency. Key Way eventually agreed to "slot me in" between other patient appointments after 2 days of me initially contacting them.
I was eventually seen by a dentist who I can only describe as useless and uncaring to say the least. Didn't show any patient care, didn't even examine my jaw, felt like he just wanted me in and out as quick as possible. Didn't give a damn about the pain I was in. Very unfelpful. Ended up paying private due to such an awful service! Would not recommend and will not be going back!! A dishonour to the NHS!
Not a great first experience, wasn't informed that during a first apt you may not get a treatment. Reception looked a mess with files stacking up and dusty surfaces. Treatment room was also loaded with boxes and had exposed bits of the building. Carpets needed a clean, and no collar for extras to protect the thyriod. Bit disappointed to say the least. Staff were friendly and I was impressed with the dentists manner, very courteous and polite. Awaiting next appointment...
Recently I have found this practice very poor, there is one dentist who does offer brilliant and caring service but I'm not sure of his name (quite young and tall, male) other than that I find the service quite bad. When I visit the practice I feel like I am just another number. I have recently had an operation to remove a missed impacted tooth, it's not a massive operation but it was quite big and has caused issues with my teeth moving. I have been for my 6month check up today, the dentist I saw has no idea I had just had this operation, he didn't ask how my recovery was, if I was happy with how it has healed, if I was still in any pain, he failed to examin the area to make sure it had infact healed correctly...... He then proceeded to clean and polish the area which did cause me a lot of pain as it is still very sensitive. I find it quite appalling that a practice who is supposed to care for my teeth had no idea about them or what had happened to them in the last 6 months. I was also told by the helpful dentist (who I explained at the beginning of this comment) that if I was unhappy with my teeth and the movement cause that he would look into how to correct my issues and talk me through the next steps..... Again this wasn't discussed in my resent appointment because then dentist had no idea what had happened over the past 6 months. Over all no I am not happy with the service, I don't feel like any care has been taken and infact feel very let down by this practice.
