Hermes website lists this as a parcel returns drop-off location yet when I tried to take a parcel there all I got was "No" !!!
Tried to ask the question as to why Hermes lists then I got rudely interrupted by "No" again, it's as if he didn't understand the Queen's English.... Tried a third time and again, one word interruption (as you can guess) "No".....
I don't think I will be going shopping here any time soon...
One star is too much for this place in my opinion.
I brought a bottle of Smirnoff vodka last night and I know for a fact vodka doesn't freeze yet the bottle I left in my freezer last night froze. It doesn't seem right as this should never happen. So I ask myself is this real vodka ??
