Very clean, apartment finished to high standard, great customer service, netflix on tv, great bathroom. Can't find anything to complain about!
Had my car recovered by the RAC's "trusted partner" Kerley recovery, which took 5 hours on a Friday, they said they were taking it to my preferred repairer that afternoon. It didn't arrive. I waited until the following Monday to ask them why it had not been delivered, l was told maybe the driver ran out of hours, who knows? I asked where the car was and was told, in storage. I responded that it was on one of there transports and only had to go 20 miles? They replied " it will be delivered the next day or so" l had to wait another 5 days for it, in fact 1 more day and l would have reported it stolen!
By the time l received it l had lost my appointment at the repairers and had to wait a further 2 weeks before repairs were carried out.
Not impressed.

Sub contracted by one of the main breakdown companies to get my vehicle back into operation.
Attending agent was left with the key to the vehicle, but made no communication with anyone and left without resolving anything, except that he broke the drivers door lock trying.
Accidents happen and instead of being man enough and adult enough, he lied to everyone involved in this.
Problem was resolved by a second attending agent, the following day.
P J Kerley rejected my statement of events to all involved, including me.
My insurance company were happy that I could provide the evidence that drivers door lock was damaged by their operative, and have since payed me for a new one, something that insurance companies do not do unless completely satisfied with the evidence.
Honesty is best ????
We had a breakdown in Norwich yesterday and we could not have had a nicer 3 persons who attended to our situation. The kindness showed was outstanding and so helpful I would recommend these with out any thought. As my car was so we say not normal and had lost everything they guys acted in such a way as parents in their late 80s and dad with terminal cancer bent over backwards to help. What a great company and the people they employ
These guys were our knights in shining armour. Breaking down is never a nice experience but Hayley who was our recovery person was amazing. She made us feel at ease with the situation and looked after us really well. Amazing lady, amazing company. Would highly recommend them.
Police used this company to impound my vehicle went to collect after getting proper authorization from police and the vehicle was in worse condition than it was when they took it and had no fewer than 250 miles extra on the odometer which I know I didn't do and was told to deal with it, overall avoid like the plague at all costs you will be majorly disappointed/angry if ever used
Swift and efficient recovery service. Reassuring and friendly team who fixed our car promptly and enabled us to travel home from our holiday. Overall great service.
Towed 30ft caravan without any problems top Mark's. were on time and done a great job. will use again
