As a new driver I wanted to find a nice, local independent garage and this garage is just that. Always very helpful and friendly when I go to the garage sort any issues really quickly. Very cost effective, wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Have used Lowe Keith on multiple occasions for my car now and they’ve always booked me in super speedy, fixed my issue same day and for extremely reasonable prices. Couldn’t be nicer guys too! Will always recommend.
My 2014 Ford Mondeo required a repair to its rear suspension. The price was very reasonable indeed (a lot, lot less than had I gone to a Ford Main dealer). Keith and Paul were very friendly and helpful, repair effected on the same day. Highly recommended. ADD - I returned a couple of days later thinking the fault had recurred (loud clunking noise). To my great embarrassment - it was a soft drink can rolling around the glove box. Keith's attitude was one of nothing to be embarrassed about, you don't know what you don't know, no charge. I think this speaks highly re the professionalism and integrity of this business.
Bloody brilliant, I cannot fault these they need 10 out of 5!! Honestly so quick and honest. Plus they don’t overcharge. Other garages complained and made it sound complicated! Definitely recommend these guys… you will

Rude and Abusive staff. Took car in with a slight problem. Explained to a bloke. Got charged 260 and the problem is still there and worse. To be shouted at that it's my tracking and it isn't worse. Wouldn't bother using them. Worst experience of my life.
Had the tracking done at Belmont tyres. They got a good review.

My Mercedes C class broke down whilst in Liverpool visiting relatives. After having the car recovered by Covermybreakdown within a few hours, they took it to Keith Lowe who, although not able to sort it out that day put in an extra effort to get me back on the road again. After an Alternator change the car now runs well. I would thoroughly recommend Keith and his colleague Paul who went to a lot of trouble to get me back on the road again. First class service. Friendly, honest and reasonably priced!...We'll Recommended!
