Keir Hardie is very handy, local to us, place. We use the dentist for people with disabilities here and have used the physio dept for assistance for our disabled adult child. The staff there are very friendly. They have a pharmacy on site and a cafe. It's nice to be able to go to a medical centre instead of a hospital for appointments. I've been there for photos for skin damage as well as other specialty treatment /appointments.
As with most medical premises, parking is a nightmare. We arrived 45 minutes early and still had to circle the carpark numerous times before we were lucky enough to spot someone leaving. The building itself was clean, well signposted and the staff were friendly and polite.
Easy access. Didn't wait long to be seen. Staff were all professional and polite and made you feel at ease
Terrible service. Just waited 18 minutes just to be hung up on! The fact you have to wait for a call off a doctor before you can even see a doctor is ridiculous. Was even given a prescription for a person that wasn’t even me!! I’ve completely lost all trust in this surgery. The fact that my doctor was putting my medical condition on another persons notes in unbelievable. It’s a failing system an no one seems to care!
When you select an option to speak with the reception, you get cut off. When you try to speak with YOUR GP, they telling you that you have to speak with any other Doctor but not with the one you want ( human rights!). And of course… Even if the symptoms are very dangerous… Paracetamol for everything!
Terrible service and quite dangerous if you need to speak with a doctor. Once you select the option to speak to a receptionist at busy periods you get cut off. This is something that would have had to be programmed into the IVR. Shame on you for putting people’s lives at risk.
I had an emergency dental problem and was in severe pain. The dentist and dental assistants were amazing. The care i had from everyone in the department was "second to none". I would recommend the care and treatment i received to everyone. In this time of the covid 19 invasion it felt safe and felt that every precaution was taken to maintain my safety and the staff,s safety. Well done the experience was the best it could have been. Diolch yn fawr to all the staff.
