Such a bad option, plenty others far better basically next door, food average at best but had just placed an order on just eat as they were the only option.
Sat for forty five minutes waiting and checking the app every so often, after forty five minutes the order cancelled for some reason.
Phoned in to find out why, and some shrill, gobby, woman told me “We don’t do delivery to your area for an order under £20!!!”, when I then asked if she didn’t think they should maybe let customers know that? Or make it clear on their menu that it was the case?, she decided to just hang up.
Poor restaurant, poor customer service and poor forethought, wouldn’t have taken much to say that an extra couple couple pounds would cover delivery.
Will now actively try and dissuade people from this place.
By the far the best fine dining restaurant i have had the pleasure of experiencing.The staff are a delightful duo who are both a bundle of joy and it is my honour to be served by them .I will forever recommend this place to all people i come across as it is truly exquisite.Amazing prices and a even more amazing place .
Absolutely none should even be a star. Place is shocking. Got a delivery £30 worth for half a box of hard donner meat grey chicken pakora inside overcooked burgers. Called shop to resolve and told that’s how they make them and rudely hung up phone. Shocking and disgusting food and staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
absolutely disgusting everything was burnt, was also given a £5 in irish money (€5) phoned and asked nicely to be given a uk £5 note and just never gave us it so we had to drive round for it. asked nicely for atleast half a refund considering it was all burnt and just for abuse hurled at us and then she just completely ignored us do not order from here !
Phoned and ordered a dinner hogie pizza was told didn't do that so ordered chicken pakora King nan with pakora sauce and this is what wee got! Do not reccomend when they can't understand what you say when you order
Made order for takeout and was given very much brilliant customer service in menú and price. I was also very much impressed in my delivery , both, in time and a very pleasant and truly kind . His mannered gesture of making sure i was happy and safe . Food was delicious and well presented. I would now recomiend a meal of takeout in knowledge to all.
Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star!!! Absolutely shocking customer service, placed order on just eat then they phone to say the order was cancelled and hung up.. phoned them back and the attitude from them was ridiculous! Working in the fast food takeaway industry mysel I would NEVER speak to customers the way they did! Apparently they cancelled the order because the delivery driver went home.. 1. Why accept the order? And 2. GET A NEW DELIVERY DRIVER!! Hung up on us twice and just plain RUDE!!! No way to run a business!!!
Tried both kebab's and pizza from Kebab House.Always delicious and freshly prepared.Staff very pleasant and polite.We enjoy the food so much we are regulars.Would recommend to everyone.
