Poor service. Couldn't resolve a referral for an appointment at royal London. They refuse to call royal London to resolve the referral issue. Apparently it is my responsibility to do so and liaise between the two to send contradictory information to each other. One party says they've done this, the other says they don't have it that. If either party picked up the phone to each other, they could fix whatever the administrative issue is but they refuse to do so. It has been months and nothing.

Had appointment and have been rescheduling appointments due to my health and personal reason. When called to check an appointment i was told i missed my appointment , i was asked to pay £55 in advance so i can book further appointment as i have missed many appointments. No such protocols for their appointments. No reminders are sent either by call or text. I asked for to be booked in but told i would have to go in to make the payment then only i can make an appointment. The receptionist only checked my appointment history when i asked her to check when my appointment was. She checked all my missed appointments for the whole year and said there is a note left by “dentist” to say no more appointments for me!!! I work in a similar role myself so i kinda have a rough idea about how these work even though they are not same. This so called “note” left by a dentist was never addressed till i made a call. Im not sure why i wasn’t informed of this on the day or after i missed my appointment!! You should at least give a warning to the patients in regards to your DNAs. Receptionist spoke to me as if I committed a crime. Ridiculous!!
