Been calling these guys for 3 weeks. Apparently the main repair man/owner Scott is never at work but he will "call me" which never happens. Zero communication skills - no idea how a business can be run like this. They cant do the basics such as booking and calling back customers, likely the workmanship is just as poor.
I have been going to K&I for years for any issues with my cars, services and MOTs. I trust this garage to carry out work to a high standard and always had very quick turn arounds - even when parts have needed to be ordered. They provide a great service and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always helpful and explain things clearly which is always appreciated. Would highly recommend.
We received excellent service from all members of staff and the job was completed in the time stated and was very well done indeed. Car was even valeted before I picked it up. Really pleased indeed with the work done. John
My car was hit by a delivery driver who did not stop. I took my car to K and I as couldn’t find anyone local to give me a quote for insurance. From start to finish the staff were so helpful and Scott was so thorough in his examination of my vehicle, explaining everything as he went. I cannot rate this company more highly and definitely recommended you pay them a visit if you need body work repairs or a quote.

Had a bus drive into my parked car so they replaced the offside wing, front bumper, offside headlight and checked the steering rack.

I was recommended to take my motorhome to k&i for repairs to the skylight and interior roof panel.I took it to their Eskbank workshop in June 2023 Scott had a look at what was needed to repair I was asked to leave it there and then.I made many calls and visited their offices for updates was never really given any apart from Scott will call you never happened.I was informed it was the supplier of the replacement ceiling boards not the case finally today had enough of being given no updates and eight months later still no repairs carried out or any indication of when it would be started.when I collected my motorhome today nobody made any attempt to apologise or explain why nothing had been done in eight months.Communication is obviously not their strong point stay clear if you want a descent turn around timescale the reply from Lynn states she would look into this and contact me nothing after a week
After having a slight reversing accident (oopsie), we contacted K&I for a quote. We ended up going through our insurance and, from start to finish, K&I could not have helped us more. They took care of all the insurance correspondence, provided us with a courtesy car which was really kind - my car came out looking like new and everyone was so friendly and helpful I honestly couldn't praise them more.
Highly recommend using this company and, should I ever reverse my car into another pillar, will 100% use them again!
