I am writing on behalf of a family member who had there car moted here as It was failed the vehicle had its repairs done took back for its retest then they refailed the car on the most stupidest thing which when I worked in mot is classed as an advisory not a fail so personally I would give this place a wide berth.
Good service all round.
Had to book last minute and they got me in the same day. Car failed MOT but showed me the fault and had a free retest after I had it repaired.
Pleasant staff, competitive price and the location is easy to find. Definitely recommended, I'll be back next year cheers.
Great service technicians were very nice and helpful ???? accepted booking on very short notice within the hour no-one else would have done it on a Friday. Would recommend to everyone ???? very nice people to talk to and professional
Lovely guys who work here so genuine and friendly, spoke me through what they were doing and why? Which has never happened before I felt involved. 2nd time I've been here now and my car has passed each time once with advisories. Definitely won't use anywhere else
There isn't another place in Hull I'd trust more for an independent, fair and genuine service.
And cos they only do Mots you know they are not failing cars to earn money in repairs.

Needed an emergency MOT and Andy was ever so great. He accepted the short-notice booking without extra charge, provided advice & help when problems were identified, and all with excellent customer service throughout!

Excellent service by friendly and professional staff. MOT done efficiently and without bias. All problems fully explained with detailed instructions on what do. Price well below the maximum allowed, which is also very welcome. Will use again next year.
