Popped in for a quote for some car damage as was close to work and had used for a previous repair around 10yrs before.
The only place that wanted £15 for just a quote for repair.
No contact during repair, when you ring they treat you like you have no right to ask what is happening with your own car. A 5 day job ran to nearly 2 weeks, I had to send back because they caused more damage than the initial repair and then that took twice as long to fix than to their estimate. Very, very poor customer service.
Would give no stars if I could.
This is now the second time I've used this place in 20 years. This time my repair was estimated 3-4 days but was ready in two and not only that but gave my van a valet too. Small things like this go a long way. Excellent job ????
Found the process very easy staff very helpful work carried out to a high standard and the app let me know where my car was at all stages of repair ery good

Just called this company to confirm some service history on a vehicle that i have just purchased. 3 BMW branches couldn't do enough to help and clarified 5 years of servicing.......but not JCC!!! Apparently due to Data Protection they couldn't give me any details. I didn't want any former customer details, just to know what had been done to the car in the past. What an absolute bunch of tools!!!

Shocking service (5 WEEKS FOR A REFURB ????)
Shocking quality. The wheels were blistering after 1 day.
I got told they were old wheels what do I expect. Well for £200 and also they where original Bmw alloys I expected better. As would anyone.
Insurance company passed me on to this lot.
Booked van in and was promised a text with address. No text received.
Called for an update on vehicle 3 times, finally left a message after they turned the answer machine on and guess what. Still no response.
Customer services is seriously lacking at this place!
Eventually recieved a call 2 days after leaving the message.
