This store absolutely SUCKS. I normally love just bubble but this shop is a disaster.the waitress is rude and the is trash on the damn floor.
I bought three cups of bubble tea and ask for them to be without ice. And it has ice. The lady didn’t even listen to me when I asked for litchi and she gave me kiwi. I also asked for stamps on my bubble tea cards, she stamped it then took it away and still charged me the same.
Service is horrible. Don’t ever go to this place. Flip off. There’s also string in my drink.
I got the assam milk tea with tapioca. The taste is good. The price is double what I can get in the US, which I can't complain because it's Geneva anyway. You have options of hot or cold, but I don't think they can adjust sugar level. Service is quick. The shop is small and there's no space to sit. It's more like a take out place. I will come here if I miss bubble tea, but I won't pay 7chf for it everyday.
UPDATE after the owner's response: You can adjust the sugar level here and feel less guilty of drinking bubble tea while on diet (yay!).

je suis censé boire sa comment avec une paillle comme ca? (a force d’essayer de boire elle se déforme encore plus ) c’est dommage car j’y allais beaucoup mais maintenant c’est fini. Ce n’est pas que a cause de sa mais c’est celle de trop. 7,50.- dans la poubelle.
This place has AMAZING service and amazing atmosphere and the bubble tea is so funne and cool to pop these bubbles it is just over all an AMAZING AMAZING experience
Je trouve un peu cher et ce n’est pas trop de mon goût. Le lieu est petit et il y a souvent de la queue. Mais le service reste rapide
Le nouvel employé (?) m’a préparé une de mes boissons favorites au sugar brown tea Tapioca et lait de taro. Un délice, super bien préparé, la note de 5 étoiles est amplement mérité pour la qualité du service. Merci encore
