What delicious scones!!!!!! One of the most delicious I’ve tried!
American is not bad, and the tea is excellent. It's a great experience. The service is lovely.
An excellent tea room with delicious home-made food. Such good value for money. Service was particularly friendly and efficient - Julie is a great character. Tea was served in charming traditional china. Would be a good place for a full afternoon tea.
What a treat. Delightful tea rooms within the castle. A welcome rest after a long walk. The tea was served so beautifully in vintage crockery. And the scones were to die for!

And a special thanks to the lady who served us who was so friendly & kind & made us feel most welcome. If you visit the castle you absolutely MUST visit the tea rooms too
Excellent cafe with a good range of snacks/cakes/soft drinks/icecream and decent coffee available. Always a warm welcome from proprietor Julie and her homemade scones are freshly made & absolutely delicious. It's always our go to if in the area & we highly recommend.

More tea then you can drink. Warm and cozy. Very attentive owner, helped with wheel chair. Recommended. Wheel chair route not obvious.
Nice place, only had a Mocha, it was closing, still they made our drinks and made us welcome

First time visit today, spoke to Julie, they was laughing as i was afraid to go down basement to look , will 100% be back to the cafe , ill skip the basement :)
