Dubbed the "Jubo Rag" by my family because of how wet the food was, we did not have a pleasant experience.
To be fair, the food was earlier than estimated but that is the only positive thing I can say about it.
The portion sizes were awful, felt like I was given WW2 rations, was surprised I had chips because it was more like a pack of Walkers crisps with only half a bag full. It might have been a blessing there was only half a bag of chips though because they tasted like micro chips and from how wet they were, you'd assume they had been slapped by a mop a couple of times.
The korma had no juice at all, it was pieces of chicken in flavourless water and there was a sea of it left when we finished. Not even Moses could separate that sea!
The nan bread was just uncooked dough so we thought it might have been a cook your own which would have been a bit of family fun I guess.
The Bahjis were tasteless and cold, quite tough as well, thought I might have been eating space rocks!
Safe to say we won't be going here again.
I ordered a Doner Kebab meal combo. The food was ready quickly, it was good quality and the value for money was excellent. The Kebab was the type which is quite popular at the moment, where they cook the doner meat in spices and onion and it was really tasty. One of the best ones I've had in Swansea.
Ordered twice, won't order again. First time we requested the food for 9pm, and it turned up 2 hours early. The food wasn't great, but there prices are good. Ordered again today, and everything was bland and hardly any flavour. Its a shame as their pricing is on point, great meal deals, just a shame about the quality of the food.
Ordered a beef vindaloo, Get a container saying no meat sorry. Special biryani all chicken one prawn and potato wedges ???? . Beef spring rolls were vegetable spring rolls . If I wanted chicken I would have ordered chicken. Disgusting avoid at all costs.
Chicken in all 3 curries we ordered was mushy/way too soft. As though it had been over cooked/boiled. Very strange texture, couldn’t eat it.
The coconut rice was watery and sugary. The dansak was not right - quite watery and not many lentils.
Ordered chips with one of the curries and they were not delivered. By the time the shop delivered them, the curry was cold.
Great place to get your Indian fix. Tasty food and good service. Recommended.....
We always have a treat on a Friday night after a busy day. Food is always amazing ???? supporting local business ????
15 pound kebab meal deal is spot on, proper feast, onion bhajis are the best i have ever had
