First time eating here but my partner have always recommended this restaurant. They have a very affordable rates and their food really taste great.
Their hash brown is super crunchy and sausage tasted great. There apple pie is a must try too.

Really attentive service, greeted when I walked in. Food was a good quality and fast. All for just over £12, including coffee. Love it.
Clean. Great service with a smile. The food tasted great. Well presented on the plate. The layout of the restaurant was open plan and functional. Plenty of space that works well.

Very nice, went with my friends, i had Vegetarian Three, they had normal English Breakfast. I was taken by surprise as they are using a separate dish for their beans. That’s a big YES from me, for coming back.
This is a nicely layout place for a cafe, the furniture is also very stable comfortable. The service is about average overall, but the food was excellent and well presented too, see photos.

Unfortunately I left my gloves ???? by accident
I’ve had a cheese omelette with salad to take out. The the omelette was delicious but the it has been ditch - watered tried once and throw it out in the bin.
I think even though for a 10£, that people pay should be getting decent meal.

I was the witness of the above event. Me and my fiance are regulars at Johnnies. We can only praise everything and everyone there!
Rosie's review is not as real events I saw and heard. The patience and amount of time they gave you to explain your charges can be qualified as a professional, not rude. You may not agree with it, but you cannot expect free food. Everything is clear, and we are always asking about any changes and how it will affect our price. Never felt overcharged for this quality of food. Especially on Lordship Lane.
Not to mention the disruption you cost everyone there...
