Had some insurance work done on my BMW which ended up coming back to me immaculate.

On Christmas day I hit a pheasant that flew out of the hedgerow at speed, and it made a HUGE dent in the bumper of my immaculate 17 year MX5. I was devastated. As soon as possible after the Christmas break, I took the car up to John Sumner to find out what could be done. I'd used this this firm 2 or 3 times previously for various cars and had always been delighted with their work.
However, this dent look bad, and I was expecting maybe having to replace the bumper, certainly some repairs followed by a respray and so on. However I was told to leave the car with them for 20 minutes and they would see what they would be able to do. I went for a walk and came back expecting the worst, however when I looked at the front the my beloved Mazda it looked the dent had never been there! It was amazing. No distortion in shape. Nothing. Just perfect. If you shine a bright light at it, you can see hairline cracks in the paint (how could there not be considering the size of the dent?) but you'd never notice them in normal daylight. I was SO happy - but they wouldn't even me let me pay them anything! What incredible old-fashioned service! Can't recommend highly enough!
After an unfortunate crunch to the sill and bottom of both doors on our Skoda Sumners did a fantastic repair job. They said it would be difficult to do a perfect repair without replacing the whole sill but they managed it. The quality of the repair is remarkable and at a very fair price. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately someone reversed in to my car and drove away - I got a quote off Westbury who quoted in excess of £1,000. Bright Motors recommended John Sumner - I went to his premises and he there and then was able to get 90% of the damage out of the car door. He in turn recommended Dentwizard to sort the remaining damaged. He didn't even want any money - highly recommended. He's saved me a small fortune - nice to know there are some genuinely nice people in this world. Thank you :-)
