Had to get a service on vehicle, phoned John Bowles on the Tuesday, dropped the vehicle off on Thursday. When I got there they clearly laid out what needed servicing on the vehicle and they serviced it the same day. Extremely helpful, polite and will definitely recommend.
Above and beyond
Visited without prior booking on way to get a new soft-top fitted nearby on off-chance they could find time to diagnose and quote for sudden red airbag warning light on my Audi cab. John offered to investigate on the Vagcom and 20 minutes later confirmed that all fault codes were clear and all was well. Instead of paying an arm and a leg at an Audi stealer, all was sorted in under an hour for the cost of a couple of pints...more than happy!
