Always a great service from this garage at competitive prices too. Handy location just off halstead Town centre too. This family run garage is definitely worth a try for old school style workshop with up to date equipment.
Took my car to be fixed on a SATURDAY after is started juddering and engine light came on. dropped it off at about 1030 and collected at 1230 the same day. Price was also reasonable considering the part replaced. (not to say that im happy with the expenditure????) Staff were friendly and happy to help.
Had the thermostat go on my car, took it in for them to look at the same morning I called up. Car was ready to collect the very next morning. Job was reasonably priced and staff friendly. I would use again.
Had my new discs and pads fitted there today. Excellent quick service and fair price. Will definitely be using these guys again.
Only just used them today for 1st time on recommendation of an acquaintance. Service was prompt BUT after giving my car registration I was quoted £60 for break pads, all in, John's exact words. Upon collecting my car I was told it's £93 and after questioning the price he just said he didn't realise the pads were bigger that after he had all car details. No ph call informing me of difference, nothing. Very disappointed.
Excellent local garage, very friendly, helpful but most of all honest.
