So, I reversed into a post, and dented my tailgate quite badly, initially I thought it was dent that would just pull out, but after having DentAway, (a paintless dent removal company) come and attempt to pull it out, they chipped the paint & couldn’t get the dent out as it was quite a sharp dent at the impact point. Not their fault, but out of their scope of repair.
Therefore, a bodyshop was needed, I looked around a few, with my car only being 3 years old I was aiming as close to perfect as I could get, and JM Bodyworks was at the top of my list for that.
I dropped my car off Monday afternoon, had it back by Wednesday, so a very quick turnaround.
Onto the quality of the work, with my car being metallic grey, I was told by multiple bodyshops that it’s a very hard colour to get a perfect match, but JM managed to get it to look like it just came out the factory.
Jaz also sourced my Leon & FR badges that had to come off during the respray, he got these for me cheaper than the main dealer would charge which was appreciated.
As you can see in the photos, you can’t tell the car was ever dented, I’m very happy with the work.
Jaz was also great, explained everything to me clearly and went the extra mile. There was a small chip in my paint on another panel and he even touched that up with the paint that had been mixed up. The car was given back to me cleaned inside & out which was a nice touch.
All in all, hopefully I won’t need anymore bodywork doing, but if I do, I know exactly where to go.

Quick and efficient service from the team. They repaired my Mercedes A class bumper after someone had reversed into me. A nice job couldn't even tell whats happened. He even spotted a separate issue with my lights and recommended I get it seen to.

Very rude customer service. Went to ask for a quote on some bodywork but but didn't seem interested at all in small jobs. Didn't want to even look due to the rain. We live in the UK where it rains all the time, why have a business if you're scared of a little bit of rain?
Wouldn't recommend purely due to the way I was spoken to.
Great service and communication throughout. Fixed a dent and scratch on my rear drivers side on silver jaguar, looks like it was never there and drop off and pick up made effortless. Reasonably priced so no complaints at all.
