I innocently asked if the pies on the counter were half price.The shop assistant was very rude in her response.
Didn't get her name but she had thinning reddish hair and glasses .This was at 3pm on Thursday the 22nd.
You should train this member of staff a lesson in politeness.
I have been a customer since 1965 and have never experienced such rudeness in your store before.
Always loved heading to JL Bean for Jam Puffs. Unfortunately recently i think the recipe has changed meaning there is more pastry inside then usual.
However it is cooked for the same amount of time. Meaning that the interior ends up being doughy and uncooked :/
Beans was always my dad's priority when we went to Cleveleys growing up, dad is no longer with us but if we know we can get up from Wigan at weekend we ring our order through then we know we won't get there and they're sold out ????

Love this little bakery,their hotpots are delicious,and their iced finger buns are enormous. The staff are lovely and chatty. Face masks are not compulsory but I feel the need to wear one when I go in…well done ladies, you gave me a mask when I forgot mine and I have no problem protecting you and you’re little bakery.
The greatest bakery in the North West. Lovely cakes, pies,quiches, sausage rolls and other delights. Lovely, warm, helpful staff too. Wonderful ????
I was looking at the goods in the window when a woman walked in to the bakery and up to the counter with her pet dog under her arm, NOT an assistance dog.
YUK ! This is so unhygienic. Why should other customers have to put up with that ?
I will no longer be buying anything from this place.
Best pie shop in Cleveleys, maybe the Fylde. They have been there 'forever' Great to have an independent on the street, deserves patronage.
I asked for a Vegan pie on Saturday, i have just warmed it up and cut it open to find beans inside it, could someone tell me what kind of pie this is please?????
